CORPROZ was created by a group of Salesforce users with several years of experience in customization and development. Our group is comprized of former users, developers and architects of the platform, and includes a qualified SCRUM Master to assist with implementation. Creating a Salesforce Vision

Your Salesforce project vision will include understanding the changes that will occur with your business over time and will include setting up a task force and providing an overview of the pre-development phase.

The Development Stage

In this phase we will guide you in detailing the scope of the design of your initial release, build and test the initial release and help you avoid issues during the development phase.

Continuous Improvement

Continuos Improvements begins the moment you Go Live and does not end. The digger you dig into the platform the more you will see how the Salesforce can be incorporated in all aspects of your business. Key elements of ontinuous improvement will include transforming your organization to become a product organization, Governance of your platform, Evolving your DevOps capabilitie and Managing and governing the quality of your data.

Defining your Salesforce Project

In this phase CORPROZ will help you scope out what you want gain from your Salesforce experience and let us determine the techical scope you would need to achieve those capabilities. These two elements form the nature of your Salesforce project

Data Migration and Deployment

We will assist in the roll-out and deployment phases of your Salesforce project to the different environments, perform sustem integration testing and initiate User Acceptance Training (UAT). We will then evaluate your data migration preparedness prior to your Go Live date.

Delivering Your Salesforce Project

Next we will help you decide how to deliver your Salesforce project by choosing a delivery methodology, determining your change management strategy and envisioning a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE)

Training and User Adoption

The Training and User Adoption phase will include strategies on planning, communicating and managing the change that you can anticpate once the platform goes live. We will also assist in providing your users with support when needed.
